Opening Hours 2025 (March 21 – December 7)

Park: Daily 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Season Ticket Holders: Entry via turnstiles 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Ticket Counters:

• Main Entrance Schorndorfer Straße: &

• Rear Palace Courtyard: Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Sat, Sun, public holidays & bridge days 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Mömpelgardstraße (Ticket Machine): 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Gardens & Facilities:

• Friedrich & Mathilde Gardens: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (winter: until 5:00 p.m.; closed on certain days for events)

• Orangery: usually 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (shorter hours during exhibitions / closed for renovations)

• Sardinian Garden with Aviary: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (during Leuchtende Traumpfade until 4:00 p.m.; dogs not allowed)

• Fairy-Tale Garden: open only during the season

Outside the Blühendes Barock season, the Fairy-Tale Garden is closed. Parts of the park are open from 9:00 a.m. until dusk for walking through.

Fairy-Tale Garden Opening Hours

• March 21 – October 3: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• October 4 – October 23: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• October 24 – November 2: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• November 3 – December 7: 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Outside these hours, the Fairy-Tale Garden is closed. During the Leuchtende Traumpfade event, the upper part of the Fairy-Tale Garden is accessible from 5:00 p.m. only with a Traumpfade ticket.

Note: The Fairy-Tale Garden is open only during the season.

• August 23 – October 23: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• October 24 – November 2: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Due to the park’s topography, some areas of the Blühendes Barock are only partially or not at all accessible for wheelchair users. A guide showing fully accessible paths is available for download. Accessible restrooms are also indicated on this map.

Mechanical wheelchairs are available for visitors at the main entrance on Schorndorfer Straße and at the rear palace courtyard entrance. To rent a wheelchair, please contact the ticket or entrance staff.

A deposit is required for the rental. The wheelchair must be returned to the rental entrance during ticket counter opening hours.

Please note that only a limited number of wheelchairs are available – if possible, we recommend bringing your own wheelchair.

Bringing dogs into the Blooming Baroque is allowed. However, dogs must be kept on a short leash during the visit. Dogs should be kept away from lawn, planting and playing areas. The leaders of dogs or other pets are required to remove the feces of their animals immediately. However, they can not be taken along in the free-flight volière.
