Blossom Magic from 20 March to 14 June 2026
As the annual theme “Magical Blossom Enchantment” unfolds, spring arrives at the Blühendes Barock!
Starting Friday, 20 March 2026, the Blühendes Barock welcomes its guests to the new season and transforms the gardens into a magical spring world filled with colours, fragrances, and fairytale experiences. With this new exhibition format, the stories of the Fairytale Garden wander out into the blooming grounds for the first time, accompanying visitors along an atmospheric circular trail through the park.
A Spring of Colour and Imagination
From 20 March to 14 June 2026, the BlüBa is entirely dedicated to the theme of Magical Blossom Enchantment. Thousands of early bloomers, fairytale figures, and lovingly crafted floral artworks turn the gardens into a vibrant, walk-through masterpiece — perfect for strolling, marvelling, and taking photos.
For the first time, the Blühendes Barock will also offer a plant market during the exhibition period. Garden enthusiasts can look forward to:
-
Potted plants
-
Early bloomers
-
Seeds
-
Flower bulbs
A wonderful opportunity to take a piece of BlüBa spring home. The spring shop will also reopen with a fresh, seasonal selection.
Delight with a Floral Touch
The park’s gastronomy is joining in on the annual theme as well, offering spring-inspired dishes with edible flowers — from blossom salads to crispy floral treats. Of course, classic family favourites remain available too.
The newly designed trail starts at the main entrance in the South Garden and leads through the hedge gardens along the palace to the Lower East Garden. Along the way, visitors can enjoy:
-
Lush flowerbeds and artistic floral creations
-
Delicate sand blossoms and new sand figures, whose creation can be watched live
-
Interactive stations, such as building a marble run that can then be tested
The trail ends in the lower part of the park — leading directly into the world of the Fairytale Garden.
The Magical Blossom Enchantment 2026 brings many new features: flowers can be experienced not only as colorful plants but also as artistic creations. The new Blossom Trail leads from the South Garden to the Lower East Garden, combining floral highlights with interactive elements, such as building a marble run.
For the first time, a small plant market invites visitors to browse potted plants, early bloomers, seeds, and flower bulbs. This offering is complemented by the reopened spring shop and a seasonal selection of dishes and floral specialties in the park’s gastronomy.
Tickets are available online or at our on-site ticket counters.
