Are admission tickets transferable?

No, admission tickets are not transferable.

Can I get a replacement for lost tickets?

No, lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Can I leave the park and return later?

Yes, but only with prior arrangement with the entrance staff and a hand stamp or wristband. You can re-enter the park only through our daily ticket counters.

Group Prices

Group Prices for Adults, Seniors, and People with Disabilities

For groups of 20 or more, tickets can be purchased directly at our daily ticket counters; online purchase of group tickets is not possible.
Bus drivers and tour guides receive free admission, also only at the daily ticket counters.

Kindergarten and School Groups

No group discounts apply for kindergarten and school groups. Tickets can be purchased at our daily ticket counters on site or online.

At our daily ticket counters: For every 10 children, one accompanying adult receives free admission. Online, a ticket must be purchased for each person.

Additional Information & Rules

Am I allowed to barbecue or make an open fire?

No, open flames are prohibited throughout the park. The only exception is the designated area in the Märchengarten.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short leash. They are not allowed on playgrounds, flower beds, or near animals in the park. Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately.

Am I allowed to feed the animals in the park?

No, feeding the animals is not permitted.

Accessibility

Is the Blühendes Barock accessible?

Many paths are paved or covered with gravel. For visitors with limited mobility, there are special route maps and accessible restrooms. Steeper sections may require assistance. The route map can be downloaded here.

Am I allowed to bring a bicycle into the park?

Strollers and buggies are generally allowed.

Wagons and child bike trailers are permitted on weekdays during the off-season. On weekends and public holidays in the high season, a fee applies.

Wagons may not be used for transporting items such as food or drinks.

Photography and Filming

Am I allowed to take photos in the park?

Private photography is allowed. For commercial photo or film shoots, permission is required (requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance).

Am I allowed to fly a drone?

No, drones and remote-controlled flying devices are not permitted.

Are guided tours offered?
